No one can doubt this. One of the many things Ithaca is known for is its music. Looking for a groovy way to enjoy some local music? Try the Ithaca Festival this year (May 28-31, 2015). And just your luck, Tompkins Time Traders will have a table at the Ithaca Festival. Stop by to say hello and to chat. If you would like to assist at the table, great. Contact Meg “Nutmeg” at firstname.lastname@example.org. Started in1977, the Ithaca Festival is a magical, four-day music and arts celebration, the premier event of its kind in Tompkins County. (sounds like Woodstock 1969!) Over 1,000 talented local musicians, painters, dancers, clowns, community groups, and ensembles perform throughout the Ithaca Festival weekend. You’ll enjoy multiple stages of entertainment, some special kid’s activities, a craft show, a parade, a local film festival, an arts for social justice area, and delicious festival food at various locations.
